- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Laboral el 25 de enero de 2001 y, en consecuencia, NEGAR la tutela interpuesta por Carlos Alfredo Cedeño Blume por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva del presente fallo.
- SEGUNDO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
