- Primero. DECLARAR la nulidad de todas las actuaciones surtidas a partir de la providencia proferida el 14 de enero de 2003 por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, por la cual declaro la nulidad de las actuaciones adelantadas por el Juzgado Dieciseis Civil del Circuito.
- Segundo. ORDENAR por Secretaria que se remita el expediente a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, para que resuelva la impugnacion presentada por la Sociedad Comercializadora e Importadora Autocheco Ltda., contra el fallo de primera instancia dictado el 9 de diciembre de 2002, por el Juzgado Dieciseis Civil del Circuito de Bogota.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
