- En merito de lo expuesto, la Corte Constitucional
- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota, el dia veinte y cinco (25) de junio de 1998, en cuanto denego por improcedente la tutela impetrada por Ana Victoria Rivera de Pena.
- Segundo. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
