- Primero. Por las razones expuestas en este proveído, y por tratarse de un hecho superado, confirmar la sentencia de 9 de abril de 2002 de la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Bogotá, por la cual se revocó la del a quo, denegando en su lugar la tutela impetrada por la señora MARÍA GLADYS ORTEGA DE ORTEGA contra la Empresa de Acueducto y Alcantarillado de Bogotá.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
