- R E S U E L V E:
- Primero. Confirmar las sentencias de tutela proferidas el veinticuatro (24) de agosto de 1999 por el Juzgado
- Octavo. de Familia de Santafe de Bogota y el veintinueve (29) de septiembre del mismo ano por la Sala de Familia del Tribunal Superior de este mismo Distrito Judicial para negar el amparo invocado por la senora Luisa Matiz de Ocampo a nombre propio y como representante legal de sus hijos menores Camila, Juan Pablo y Nicolas Ocampo Matiz contra el Banco del Pacifico S.A. en liquidacion.
- Segundo. Librese por Secretaria la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
