Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado veintisiete civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá.
Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho fundamental a la educación. Se ordena al Rector del Liceo León de Greiff, que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia, si aún no lo ha hecho, entregue las certificaciones y el diploma solicitado por la actora Aura Quintero Saavedra
ADVERTIR a los padres de la actora que la procedencia de esta tutela y la orden que se imparte en este numeral, no los exime del cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas que tengan contraidas con el Colegio.
Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
