- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 1º de diciembre de 2003 por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Buga.
- Segundo. Tutelar los derechos a la libertad personal, a la dignidad humana y al buen nombre del señor Dimas Hurtado Angulo.
- Tercero. Declarar que existe carencia actual de objeto por encontrarse la Sala ante un hecho superado. Por lo tanto, no se imparte ninguna orden.
- Cuarto. DÉSE cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
