- D E C I S I O N
- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Sala de Decision Penal del Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta, el dia nueve de julio de 1996 y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de peticion del ciudadano Luis Manuel Marquez Cuentas.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Comite Especial de Docentes y Administrativos Amenazados del Magdalena resolver dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta providencia la solicitud del ciudadano Luis Manuel Marquez Cuentas, si para la fecha de la referida notificacion aun no se ha producido ninguna decision.
- Tercero. Librense por Secretaria las comunicaciones a que se refiere el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
