- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del veintiuno (21) de noviembre de 2003, proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Penal del Circuito de Medellin, dentro del proceso de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Marina Ospina Cortes contra la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social Seccional Antioquia, y en su lugar conceder la proteccion del derecho de peticion.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social Seccional Antioquia, que si aun no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes a la notificacion de esta sentencia, profiera el acto administrativo correspondiente que resuelva de fondo lo solicitado por la senora Marina Ospina Cortes.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
