- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Penal del Circuito de Armenia (Quindío) el tres de agosto de 1995, que tutela los derechos del señor Mario Sánchez Escobar, de su esposa y de sus dos hijas menores de edad.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al señor alcalde municipal de Circasia (Quindío), como primera autoridad de policía municipal, que proceda de conformidad con las normas del Código de Policía, para evitar que los derechos fundamentales de los accionantes se vean vulnerados o gravemente amenazados en su núcleo esencial.
