Primero. Por improcedente, no se considera la nulidad pedida por la parte demandada.
Segundo. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial, Sala Civil de Familia de Barranquilla, el doce (12) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), mediante la cual se revoco la del Juzgado
Octavo. de Familia de fecha veinticinco (25) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998).
Tercero. NEGAR la tutela impetrada por el actor.
Cuarto. ORDENAR, que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion se libren las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
