- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Montería el 5 de octubre de 2000 y la Sala de Decisión Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Montería el 14 de noviembre del mismo año, en cuanto negaron la tutela interpuesta por el señor PEDRO MANUEL VALENZUELA CASTRO contra el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria -Incora-, pero por la razón indicada en la parte considerativa de esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
