Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado Dieciséis Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá. En consecuencia, se concede la acción de tutela para garantizar el pago de las mesadas pensionales futuras de la demandante.
Segundo. Para el cumplimiento de esta acción, ORDÉNASE al Director del Hospital Lorencita Villegas de Santos, que si aún no lo ha hecho, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes, contadas a partir de la notificación de este fallo, proceda a reanudar el pago el pago de las mesadas pensionales a que tenga derecho la actora en las nóminas futuras. En caso de insuficiencia presupuestal, se le concede el mismo término para iniciar las gestiones que permitan atender lo ordenado.
Tercero. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
