- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral de Popayán, del veintisiete (27) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997). En consecuencia, NO SE CONCEDE la tutela solicitada por la señora Martha Lucía Giraldo Alzate. De conformidad con el decreto 2591 de 1991, y normas concordantes, quedan sin efecto todos los actos administrativos que haya realizado la Policía Nacional en cumplimiento de la sentencia que se revoca.
- Segundo. Librar por al Secretaría General de la Corte las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
