- Primero. REVÓCASE la sentencia de tutela proferida por el Juez Veintiocho (28) Penal del Circuito de Cali, dentro del proceso de tutela instaurado por el señor Humberto Gallego Martínez, en contra de la Juez Veintidós (22) Penal Municipal de Cali.
- Segundo. ORDÉNASE al Juez Veintiocho (28) Penal del Circuito de Cali, disponer la DETENCIÓN INMEDIATA del señor Humberto Gallego Martínez, quien seguirá detenido a órdenes del Juzgado Veintidós (22) Penal Municipal de Cali.
- Tercero. COMUNÍQUESE esta providencia al Juez Veintiocho (28) Penal del Circuito de Cali, para los efectos contemplados en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
