PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Algeciras (Huila) el seis (6) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y cinco, para resolver sobre la acción de tutela de la referencia.
SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela pedida y, en consecuencia, SE ORDENA al Director del Hospital General de Neiva que, dentro del improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, informe a la señora AMANDA ROJAS DE VELASQUEZ cuáles trámites se han surtido dentro de la investigación, que, según comunicación emanada de la dirección del Hospital, se inició en contra de los médicos que intervinieron quirúrgicamente a la actora y a qué resultados se ha llegado.
TERCERO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
