- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 19 de octubre por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Turbaco (Bolivar). En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al trabajo y al minimo vital.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al senor Alcalde Municipal de Turbaco (Bolivar), que en termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, pague los salarios que le adeuda a la senora Libia Esther Teheran Simancas. En caso contrario, el plazo indicado se concedera para iniciar y culminar los tramites presupuestales pertinentes, informando al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Turbaco (Bolivar) de las gestiones que realice, con el objeto de que el pago total se produzca a mas tardar en un (1) mes.
- Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionara de conformidad con lo senalado por el articulo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
