Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Támesis (Ant.). En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección de los derechos al trabajo, a la seguridad social, al pago oportuno del salario y al mínimo vital.
Segundo. ORDENAR al señor Alcalde Municipal de Caramanta (Ant.), que inicie las gestiones administrativas necesarias para la cancelación de los salarios que se adeudan a la demandante, y a su vez, se ponga al día en el pago de los aportes por concepto de salud.
Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionará de conformidad con lo señalado en el artículo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
