- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia del 8 de agosto de 1995, proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de Medellín, adicionándola en el sentido de ordenar al Hospital León XIII Sección Infantil del ISS de Medellín, proporcionar la atención permanente y necesaria para el menor, en las disciplinas pediátricas de acuerdo con las prescripciones formuladas por cada especialista, hasta que se logre dentro de lo posible, la recuperación completa o hasta cuando el tratamiento conduzca a un mejoramiento de su condición vital, tomando todas las medidas de carácter administrativo, médico y hospitalario para la atención del menor.
- Segundo. Comunicar lo resuelto en esta providencia al Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de Medellín, para efectos del cumplimiento de la misma, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
