Primero. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, de fecha dieciséis (16) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), que revocó la sentencia del Juzgado
Octavo. Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, la cual, a su vez, concedió la tutela.
Segundo. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Juzgado
Octavo. Civil Municipal de Barranquilla, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
