Primero. Revocar, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Medellín el día 13 de julio de 1995 y confirmar el fallo dictado por el Juez
Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, no obstante la carencia actual de objeto, tal como se expresó en la parte motiva.
Segundo. Prevenir al Juez
Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín y a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de la misma ciudad, para que en adelanten procedan a la práctica de las pruebas de conformidad con lo dicho en la parte considerativa de esta sentencia.
Tercero. Prevenir al Juez
Décimo. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín y a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, para que en adelante notifiquen personalmente las decisiones de tutela a quienes se encuentran privados de la libertad.
Cuarto. Comunicar la presente sentencia al Juez
