Primero. CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos constitucionales fundamentales a la vida y a la integridad personal que Aurora Yance de la Hoz reclama en contra de Ivan Segrera Cantillo.
Segundo. ORDENAR a Ivan Segrera Cantillo abstenerse de ejecutar cualquier acto de violencia fisica o moral en contra de Aurora Yance de la Hoz y de su hijo menor.
Tercero. ORDENAR por intermedio del comandante del Departamento de Policia respectivo, a las autoridades de policia con competencia en el lugar en donde habita y labora la actora, ejercer vigilancia permanente y cercana sobre la conducta del citado Ivan Segrera Cantillo para la efectiva proteccion de los derechos a la vida y a la integridad personal de Aurora Yance de la Hoz y de su hijo menor.
Cuarto. ADVERTIR a Ivan Segrera Cantillo que el desacato a lo dispuesto en esta providencia le acarreara, cada vez que en el incurra, las sanciones establecidas en el articulo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
Quinto. CONFIAR al Juzgado
Decimo. Penal Municipal de Barranquilla, velar por el estricto cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este fallo.
Sexto. SURTANSE las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991
