- Primero. REVOCAR EN TODAS SUS PARTES el fallo de fecha 9 de julio de 1994, proferido por el Juzgado Doce Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C., que equivocadamente había revocado la providencia de primera instancia.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR EN TODAS SUS PARTES la sentencia del 27 de mayo de 1994, pronunciada por el Juzgado Cuarenta y Dos Civil Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C., que tuteló los derechos fundamentales de ELVIRA RODRIGUEZ MOLANO.
- Tercero. ADICIONAR la Sentencia confirmada en el sentido de que la Sociedad "COMPUTEC S.A.", o quien opere y administre el Banco de Datos denominado "Datacrédito", deberá suprimir toda referencia a la accionante, así sea histórica, en relación con las obligaciones por ella ya canceladas.
- Cuarto. "COMPUTEC S.A.", o quien opere y administre el Banco de Datos denominado "Datacrédito", deberá cumplir lo aquí ordenado a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo. En cuarenta y ocho horas (48) más acreditará ante el Juez Cuarenta y Dos Civil Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá, D.C., el cabal y pleno acatamiento a las órdenes judiciales en referencia.
- Quinto. El representante legal de "COMPUTEC S.A.", señor ANDRES GOUFFRAY NIETO, o quien haga sus veces, responderá por el total y exacto cumplimiento de lo ordenado en este fallo y en el que se confirma. Su desacato -abierto o subrepticio- será sancionado por el Juzgado de primera instancia en la forma prevista por el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Sexto. Esta providencia se notificará personalmente al representante legal de "COMPUTEC S.A.", señor ANDRES GOUFFRAY NIETO, o quien haga sus veces.
- Séptimo. LIBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
