- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Declarar la terminación del presente asunto por el fallecimiento del señor Justiniano Carmona Meza, actor en tutela.
- Segundo. Ordenar, dentro de lo posible legalmente, el pago de la mesadas adeudadas al señor Justiniano Carmona Meza por la sociedad Acegrave Ltda, que comprende el período del mes de septiembre de 1990, hasta la fecha de fallecimiento del actor, es decir, 20 de octubre de 1995. Dineros que serán entregados a quien acredite la condición de beneficiario o heredero reconocido.
- Tercero. Comunicar este fallo a la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
