Civil del Circuito de Bogotá de fecha 24 de julio de 2000 (T-357443), la del Juzgado Veinte Civil Municipal de fecha 31 de julio de 2000 (T-356356) y la del Juzgado Treinta y Cuatro Civil Municipal de fecha 28 de julio de 2000, por medio de las cuales no se tutelaron los derechos fundamentales de los accionates por ser la acción improcedente, al existir otro medio de defensa judicial de acuerdo a las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
