- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida dentro del expediente T-104.494, por el Juzgado 16 Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, y en consecuencia CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición del señor Pedro José Fonseca Torres, ordenando a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social, que en un término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la comunicación de esta providencia, de respuesta a la petición formulada por el actor.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 1 Penal del Circuito de esta ciudad, y, a la Caja Nacional de Previsión Social.
