- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones de esta providencia, la sentencia de la Sala de Casación Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de fecha doce (12) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y seis (1996), la cual confirmó el fallo del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala de Decisión Penal, de fecha quince (15) de febrero del corriente año.
- Segundo. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Sala de Decisión Penal, para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
