Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla -Sala de Decisión Civil, Familia- , y, en su lugar, confirmar el fallo proferido en primera instancia por el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, por medio del cual se tutelaron los derechos fundamentales violados al actor por la EPS, y se ordenó a la demandada, autorizar el tratamiento quirúrgico y hospitalario que requiere el actor, dentro de las 48 horas siguientes al fallo.
Segundo. COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al Juzgado
Noveno. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, el cual notificará de la sentencia de esta Corte a las partes de conformidad con el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
