- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia de 12 de febrero de 1992 proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., Sala Civil, por medio de la cual se acepta en todas sus partes el fallo de tutela de fecha 24 de enero de 1992 proferido por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., por las razones expresadas en el presente fallo.
- Segundo. Comunicar al Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de esta ciudad, la presente decisión para que sea notificada a las partes conforme lo ordena el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de l991, con entrega a todos ellos de copia de esta sentencia. Comunicar al Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., Sala Civil, con entrega de copia de este fallo.
