- Primero. Confirmar la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá -Sala de Decisión Civil-, por las razones expuestas en esta Sentencia.
- Segundo. Solicitar al Procurador General de la Nación que en uso de su facultad de iniciativa legislativa y en desarrollo del artículo 15 de la Carta y demás normas concordantes, considere la conveniencia de presentar a la brevedad posible ante el Congreso de la República un proyecto de ley que proteja eficazmente la intimidad y la libertad informática de los colombianos.
- Tercero. Enviar sendas copias del presente fallo a los señores Superintendente Bancario y Director del Departamento Nacional de Estadística (DANE).
- Cuarto. Ordenar que por Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional se comunique esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
