- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia de fecha 27 de mayo de 1994 proferida por el H. Consejo de Estado, que a su vez confirmó la sentencia del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca-Sección Segunda, Subsección B de mayo 12, mediante las cuales se negó la tutela impetrada por el demandante Alvaro Trujillo Arango.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 de Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí previstos.
