- PRIMERO. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Santafe de Bogota el trece (13) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), por medio de la cual nego el amparo solicitado.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDESE la tutela del derecho de peticion y, en consecuencia, ORDENASE a la Caja Nacional de Prevision que, dentro del termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, resuelva sobre los recursos interpuestos contra la resolucion numero 11513 del 10 de marzo de 1993 por el senor Nelson Constantino Viscay Quintero, siempre y cuando este no haya acudido ante la jurisdiccion en lo contencioso administrativo.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
