- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Popayán Sala de Familia de fecha 16 de enero de 2003. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida, salud y seguridad social en condiciones dignas y justas, y a la integridad de la menor ANGIE DURFAY ILES URIBE representada por su madre Margenis Uribe Criollo.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a Asmet Salud A.R.S. que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia realice el examen a la menor Angie Durfay Iles Uribe denominado Resonancia Magnética de Columna Lumbosacra con Gadolinio, prescrita por su médico tratante.
- Tercero. A Asmet Salud A.R.S., le asiste el derecho de repetir por los costos en que incurra con ocasión del cumplimiento de este fallo de tutela ante la subcuenta respectiva del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantía del Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud - FOSYGA -.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
