- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMASE la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Florencia (Caquetá) el 3 de febrero de 1992, por medio de la cual se revocó la del Juez
- Primero. de Instrucción Criminal de la misma ciudad, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela instaurada por PABLO GERMAN CABRERA SALAZAR.
- Segundo. Revócase la sentencia del 24 de enero de 1992, pronunciada por el Juez
- Segundo. de Instrucción Criminal de Florencia (Caquetá), al decidir sobre acción de tutela incoada por JOSE ELIADES TABARES OSPINA.
- Tercero. Líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí contemplados, en el sentido de que se ordene al Gobernador del Caquetá la posesión de JOSE ELIADES TABARES OSPINA como Contralor Auxiliar del Departamento durante el periodo para el cual fue elegido.
