en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias proferidas por los juzgados 35, 38 y 49 civiles municipales de Santafé de Bogotá, de fecha quince (15) de abril de 1994, mediante los cuales se denegaron las acciones de tutela interpuestas por las ciudadanas Blanca María Jaimes de Rozo, Carmen Cáceres de Miranda y Luzmila Ospina de Castro contra la Alcaldía Mayor de Santafé de Bogotá D.C., el Instituto Distrital para la Recreación y el Deporte y la Junta de Acción Comunal del Barrio Toberín de Santafé de Bogotá..
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia a los juzgados 35, 38 y 49 civiles municipales de Santafé de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991
