Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 11 de septiembre de 2000, por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Tunja, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja de Previsión Social de Boyacá, para que en el plazo máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente decisión, y si aún no lo hubiere hecho, cancele todas las mesadas pensionales adeudadas al accionante, siempre y cuando haya la disponibilidad presupuestal para ello. De no existir tal disponibilidad, dispondrá del mencionado término para iniciar las gestiones pertinentes a fin de conseguir los recursos para cumplir con el pago aquí ordenado, el cual deberá hacerse en un plazo máximo de tres (3) meses.
Tercero. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
