Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santiago de Cali el 11 de mayo de 1998, mediante la cual se denegó por improcedente la tutela de los derechos fundamentales reclamados por los actores.
Segundo. Comunicar esta providencia al Juzgado Trece Penal del Circuito de Santiago de Cali para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
