- Segundo. Civil del Circuito (Expediente T-126.508), que habían concedido la tutela a los médicos especialistas de los hospitales Regional Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes de Corozal y Regional de Sincelejo.
- Segundo. Si, al momento de ser notificada esta Sentencia, ya se hubieren producido los pagos ordenados, no habrá lugar a devolución alguna.
