PRIMERO. Confirmar las sentencias de tutela revisadas, proferidas por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Civil, y por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga, Sala Civil, la primera de fecha 13 de diciembre de 1993 y la segunda de fecha febrero 18 de 1994, pero solo por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
SEGUNDO. LIBRESE comunicacion al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bucaramanga, Sala Civil, con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
