- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el H. Consejo de Estado el día 25 de febrero de 1994, que, a su vez, ratificó la sentencia dictada el 25 de enero de 1994, por el H. Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Valle del Cauca, mediante el cual se declaró improcedente la acción de tutela interpuesta por Yolima Espinosa y Mauricio Guzmán.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia al H. Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo del Valle del Cauca, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991
