- Primero. REVOCASE la Sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo del Tolima el 17 de febrero de 1995, mediante la cual se declaró improcedente la acción de tutela instaurada.
- Segundo. CONCEDESE la protección judicial que solicita JESUS GABRIEL ROMERO MIRANDA, por la violación de su derecho constitucional a una vivienda digna, con repercusión en amenaza a su vida e integridad personal, por la omisión en que ha incurrido la administración municipal de Anzoátegui.
- Tercero. ORDENASE al Alcalde Municipal de Anzoátegui que, en un término no superior a las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, adopte las medidas administrativas necesarias para que, antes de 20 días hábiles esté reconstruída, en sus aspectos esenciales, la vivienda de JESUS GABRIEL ROMERO MIRANDA.
- Cuarto. El Tribunal Administrativo del Tolima verificará el cabal cumplimiento de esta providencia.
- Quinto. Súrtase el trámite previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
