- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia del dos (2) de Febrero de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994) proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Pasto-Sala de Decisión Civil- por las razones señaladas en la presente decisión.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991 para los fines allí contemplados.
