- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido por la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Valledupar, mediante el cual se negó la protección solicitada.
- Segundo. De conformidad con lo preceptuado en el artículo 4 de la Constitución, SE INAPLICA la expresión "legítimos", usada en los estatutos de la Corporación "Club Social Valledupar".
- Tercero. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
