- Primero. REVOCASE la sentencia proferida en el asunto de la referencia por la Sala Civil-Familia del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla el 16 de enero de 1997, que negó la tutela, y, en su lugar, CONFIRMASE el fallo de primera instancia, proferido por el Juez
- Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla el 20 de noviembre de 1996, cuyo mandato, impartido al Instituto de Seguros Sociales deberá cumplirse, si ya no se hubiere hecho, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de esta sentencia.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
