- Primero. Levantar la suspension de terminos en el presente proceso.
- Segundo. REVOCAR el fallo de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y, en su lugar, CONFIRMAR parcialmente, por las razones expuestas en este fallo, la sentencia de la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Caqueta y, en consecuencia, declarar la nulidad de fallo de primera instancia en el proceso disciplinario seguido en contra de la Mayor Sonia Bonilla, por violacion del derecho de defensa.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria, librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
