Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Cartagena dentro del asunto de la referencia, pero por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Segundo. DECLARAR la carencia actual de objeto por existir un hecho superado.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
