- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia del dieciséis (16) de noviembre de 1994, proferida por la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, la que, a su vez, confirmó la sentencia del 26 veintiséis de octubre de 1994, dictada por el Juzgado 22 Civil del Circuito de esa misma ciudad, a través de la cual se denegó la acción de tutela de la referencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el contenido de esta providencia a la Sala Civil del Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
