Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del 10 de septiembre de 1999, proferido por el Juzgado Treinta Civil del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogotá, por medio del cual se negó la protección solicitada.
En su lugar, SE CONCEDE la tutela del derecho al trabajo en condiciones dignas y justas. En consecuencia, SE ORDENA a "Servi Master Ltda." que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente Sentencia, proceda a pagar los salarios y prestaciones a Maria del Carmen Medina Rodríguez.
Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
