- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido en el asunto de la referencia por el Juzgado Veinte Civil Municipal de Medellín, mediante el cual se negó la protección solicitada. En su lugar, SE CONCEDE la tutela del derecho al habeas data.
- En consecuencia, SE ORDENA a la Secretaría de Planeación Municipal de Medellín que, dentro las cuarenta y ocho horas (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, se efectúe nuevamente encuesta SISBEN a la peticionaria, se incluyan sus datos dentro del banco de datos de ese sistema, y se le informe si, de acuerdo con el resultado obtenido, tiene derecho a beneficiarse del régimen subsidiado de salud.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
