- Primero. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia de la H. Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala Civil -Agraria, de fecha 26 de mayo del 2000 dentro de la acción de tutela interpuestas por Diana Lucia Neira Manrique contra la E.P.S.UNIMEC S.A., que a su vez confirmó la decisión de primera instancia proferida por el Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, de fecha 12 de abril del 2000, todo ello po carencia actual de objeto.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
